How Phoebe joined the Tourney[]
Phoebe is a young girl with short black hair and blue eyes, with 2 red flowers that cover the sides of her head. She wears a blue two-piece dress complete with a tube top bra, (or strapless bra) that has white flowers and a white Pokémon logo on it. If you look more closely, you will find out that she does not wear an underwear. She also has on a red ankle bracelet on her left leg.
After defeating a rival trainer, Phoebe was suddenly seeing corporeal representations of her parents. These were made by Axl RO who was trying to get information on her past.

After the announcer calls her name[]
Sends ghostly energy towards the camera, then when it clears to show her up close, she shakes her hips and says "I'm Phoebe of the Elite Four."
Special Moves[]
Spirit Shot (Neutral)[]
Phoebe releases a spirit which moves straight forwards and can bypass reflectors and damage opponents.
Confuse Ray (Side)[]
phoebe shoots a purple ray that can confuse the opponent.
Phantom Force (Up)[]
Phoebe disappears and then reappears in the chosen direction. If a opponent is near Phoebe, she strikes them.
Scary Face (Down)[]
Phoebe strikes a offensive pose, if attacked Phoebe does a scary face that puts the opponent in feat.
Astral Barrage (Final Smash)[]
Phoebe summons a giant brigade of ghosts forwards that deals a heavy ton of damage.
Victory Animations[]
- Phoebe flips then rests on the ground and says "See? I have the reflexes of a ghost."
- Phoebe twirls then flicks her wrists and kneels saying "Ta da! Still got to you in the end!"
- Phoebe does two spin kicks, then leans back and claps her hands then stands on one leg saying "You didn't see me coming."
On-Screen Appearance[]
Phoebe flip jumps to her starting point and says "Prepare yourself and bring it on!"
