How Kira joined the Tourney[]
Kira made her debut in Mortal Kombat: Deception as the first of Kabal's recruits for the new Black Dragon. Her character is courageous and her background depicts her as having the ability to take great risks. She possesses a rationality and level-headedness that contrasts her fellow recruit, the hot-blooded Kobra.
Under Kano's orders, Kira heads to America to steal a nuclear bomb. Suddenly, she learns of a bounty hunter named Josephine.

Kira holds her Dragon Teeth knives her under chest.
After the announcer calls her name[]
Kira runs to the camera and stabs her left knife forward, then swings her right one two times saying "Wanna see Black Dragon knives stripping your flesh?"

Night Shade (Neutral)[]
Kira crouches down and releases a purple-ish projectile.
Black Dragon Ball (Side)[]
Kira hurls herself forward as a ball which knocks her opponent down.
Kissing Blade (Up)[]
Kira jumps into the air doign three upper slashes with her right, then left, then right knives.
Kniferina (Down)[]
Kira spins slashing her knives, then swings them upward.
Dragon's Shotgun (Hyper Smash)[]
Based on her second Mortal Kombat: Deception Fatality. Kira slices her opponent twice across the neck, then delivers a powerful kick, which knocks the opponent's head off, as well as sending their body across the arena.
Fatale Executioner (Final Smash)[]
Kira runs to stab her opponent. If she hits, she stabs her opponent's heart, then punches his/her jaw, then slices his/her leg, then stabs his/her spine, then finally slits his/her throat with a Stamina KO cry, taking a life from the stock.
Victory Animations[]
- Kira sets her knives together above, then below her, then spreads her arms saying "I now prounce thee, man and knife."
- Kira bends herself back and holds her knives out saying "Charging recklessly ahead, gets you the blade."
- Kira swings her knives in circles, then licks blood off them then says "Blood stained knives are what happens to anyone who get in the way of me, and the Black Dragon!"
On-Screen Appearance[]
Kira walks in and thrusts one of her knives saying "Let's do some flesh cutting!"

- Kira's rival is an independent American bounty hunter and ex-wife of Zeke named Josephine while her second rival is Miu Furinji, granddaughter to Hayato and user of Furinji style martial arts.
